Please contact us as soon as possible if you receive the wrong size, wrong item, or a damaged item. Include your order number, clear photos of the item, packaging photos if relevant, and a short explanation of the issue.

Damaged or Wrong Item

Non-Returnable Situations

Requests may be declined if the item has been heavily worn, altered, damaged after delivery, missing required proof, or reported after an unreasonable delay. Shipping delays caused by customs, local courier handling, incorrect address details, or seasonal volume are not automatically eligible for refund.
